Shipping within Germany

• Shipping is carried out by DHL.

• The shipping costs are a flat rate of 5.99€ per order.

• The delivery time is usually approx. 3 working days.

Shipping to other European countries, Great Britain and Norway

• We ship to all countries in the European Union as well as to Great Britain and Norway.

• The shipping costs abroad are between 14.69€ and 23.00€ depending on the destination country.

• The exact shipping fee is calculated automatically in the checkout.

• The delivery time is usually 3-7 working days, depending on the destination country.

Collection on site

• On-site collection is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us directly after placing your order to arrange an appointment.

Dispatch processing

• Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday. Orders received at the weekend will be processed the next working day.

• After shipping, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

• Please note: There may be delays on public holidays or if there is a high volume of parcels.

Notes on delivery

• Please check the goods for transport damage upon receipt and report this to us immediately if necessary.
